Door handles we see, feel and use every day. Although the door handle may not seem prominent due to its size, door handles imperceptibly leave a mark on the interior that cannot be underestimated. As a result, the right choice of door handle can make a big difference on the style and character in the home. Not for nothing have many different models of door handles been designed, made and sometimes worn over the centuries. Different styles of door handles

On this site you can find a wide range of different styles of door handles so that for every interior the right handle can be found. Both for a classic, industrial, modern or rural interior the right handle can be found. Especially for the classic interior or the thirties there are many models to find. Replacing Stools

Attempting to restore a 1930s home to its former glory and leaving 1970s door handles on the doors can partially undo much effort put into it. But even in a newer home, it pays to replace standard door handles from the time of construction with door handles with character. With a relatively simple intervention, you can already make a big difference. In many cases it is a matter of loosening a few screws and securing the new door handles with the screws provided. Should the new door handle need to cover an old rosette or door plate, you can choose a larger door plate or rosette. However, it is often nicer to repaint the door so the choice is free and not dependent on traces of the past.

Finding and buying door handles on the site

In classic, country, industrial and modern styles, you can find handles with and without standard rosettes. These door handles come standard in pairs (unless otherwise noted). Most of the door handles on the site are made in the authentic way. They are therefore in the classic way not sprung and not provided with a (modern) nylon ring. With solid locks, an auxiliary spring in the handle is not normally needed either. And as was common in the past, a nylon ring is also not necessary.

All handles are supplied with an 8mm pin and with chosen rosettes are supplied with matching, classic screws. The handles are standard delivered with 8mm pins which are at least long enough for doors with a thickness of 40mm. The pins will be longer on some models of door handles. In that case the pins need to be shortened. You can mention your door thickness as a comment while completing the order. In that case, we can adjust the pins for you, if necessary, so that they definitely fit at once.
