Door handle railroad handle Chemin de Fer black on brass with round rosettes per pair. Classic, L-shaped door handle made of solid brass in the color black.

This door handle comes standard with a total length of 100 millimeters. However, you can also choose a length of 110 millimeters. The handle is approximately around 14mm. The door handles are delivered including two round rosettes. These rosettes have a diameter of about 50 millimeters and are made of cast iron in the color black.

Because the handle is made of solid brass, it cannot rust and can in principle be used in a damp room or outdoors. In that case, we recommend that the adjusting screws and the pin be additionally protected with silicone, for example. The black color can gray outside (especially by sunlight) which can be prevented by treating it with a hard wax for outdoor use.

The model of this stool comes from the trains of the French railroads (late nineteenth century). That is also where the handle owes the name Chemin de fer or railroad handle to.

The handle fits all standard 8 millimeter locks made for the Dutch market. A standard 8 millimeter pin/screw is also included. Black screws are included for the rosettes.
