Security rosette 55mm with pin 8mm and front door knob round 73mm bronze antique. A round security rosette with a diameter of 55mm on which a round front door knob is mounted. The rosette and door knob are made of solid brass with a bronze antique color. With this set, a round knob can be mounted on the outside of a front door where on the inside half a pair of door handles can be mounted on the 8mm pin.

Application of the security rosette and front door knob round bronze antique

The rosette cannot rust because it is made of solid brass. This set is therefore also suitable for outdoor use. On the outside the rosette is mounted blind so it cannot be removed from the outside. Because of the thickness of the rosette, the lock in the door is extra protected for better burglary resistance. This rosette can be well combined with a security cylinder rosette for a profile cylinder, making a door plate on a classic front door unnecessary. This allows the classic style to be better implemented without a relatively modern door plate.

Dimensions of the security rosette and front door knob round bronze antique

The round rosettes for both the inside and the outside have a diameter of about 55mm. The hole on the inside has a diameter of 18mm and an adapter bushing from 15mm to 18mm is included so that any handle with a diameter of 15mm and 18mm can be mounted on this set. The thickness of the rosette on the inside is about 11mm and the thickness of the rosette on the outside is about 13mm. An 8mm pin is mounted to the doorknob and to the rosette which allows a standard door handle to be mounted directly to the rosette on the inside. This allows the rosette to replace a doorplate with fixed knob on the outside and door handle on the inside relatively easily. This pin protrudes approximately 29mm at a 40mm door thickness.

On the inside, basically any bronze antique door handle on our site can be mounted. Some handles can be ordered as a half pair (identifiable by two prices in the overview of the door handles where the low price is something about half the high price) and some handles unfortunately not (in that case half a pair of door handles remains).

Bolts through security rosette and front door knob round bronze antique

The center distance of the two bolts is 38mm which is also the standard distance where in most locks two holes are provided so that the bolts can go through here for mounting. This complete set of rosettes for inside and outside comes with two matching bolts for mounting on a 40mm door. Optionally, bolts suitable for doors 55mm-60mm thick can also be chosen. For a door thickness of 56mm, the square 8mm pin protrudes approximately 25mm.
