Tilt-and-turn system with decorative espagnolette with rods black. A turn-tilt system in the form of an espagnolette made of cast iron in the color black (matte black powder coating). This turn-tilt closure has a total maximum rod length (in two parts) of 2400mm. This turn-tilt closure is used to close turn-tilt windows or doors equipped with a turn-tilt system.

The rods and guides of this turn-tilt system are mounted purely for decoration so that it looks like a working espagnolette lock. On the outside there is no difference visible except for the end guides on the style, however, the rods have no function. These sets are ideal for giving modern tilt and turn windows a classic look in a classic interior.

The total width of the system with the turning knob is 42mm and the height is 146mm. This system comes forward approximately 67mm. The knob on the espagnolette is 67mm high and 32mm wide. The 5 guides are 40mm wide. The door and window system comes with the mounting hardware and the necessary parts to secure the rods.

The rods are included with this set. The total length of the two standard rods is 1.10 & 1.30 meters.

The tilt-turn system
When assembling, the tilt-turn system (interior) can be fixed with two M5 bolts just like a standard tilt-turn system.

The rods
Then the two rods can be mounted directly below and directly above the system by securing them with a screw in the hole. When screwing down the rods, it is important to check that the window system is not too shallow to prevent it from being damaged by the screws. This may vary from window to window and system to system and it may be necessary to use shorter screws. It is advisable to also install the end guide directly over the rods so that the rods are immediately secured. The rods can be cut to size. For windows where there is little room drive at the bottom, it may be necessary to set the end guide slightly off the edge to be sure the window can be tilted. In most cases, however, there is plenty of room under the window.

The body of the system
Next, the body can be slid over the tilt-and-turn system and the knob placed on the square pin. The system housing can now be simply fixed with the 4 screws.

Optionally, an intermediate guide
Finally, the intermediate guide can be mounted on the longest rod. This intermediate guide can also be omitted for low windows.
